Where oh where are all the Rockets?

I have owned my '23 Rocket for one year. I have ridden about 7k miles here where I live in Maine in that time, along with a 2k mile trip to North Carolina a couple of months back.

I have not seen a single other Rocket on the road besides mine in that time (and I've looked for them!). I did meet a fellow at a local gas station last month who said he owns one.

Apparently they're just not super popular on this end of the states - or at least that's what I seem to be anecdotally observing.

Head down to Ct. and you'll see one! Or if I get to do my Nova Scotia trip this year, I'll pass right by you. I actually saw one right near my house in Ct. on one of the first few rides I did after I bought it. The guy did a double take as I went by, and so did I.

I just got back from a 2000mi road trip from California to Washington and back plus whatever riding I did while up there. Not a single other Rocket in sight anywhere only people asking what it is at every stop. I know this is not their top selling bike and maybe they are more common anywhere but the US.
On another note this bike takes road warrioring on congested freeways to a whole new level, Seattle didn't see me coming or going. 😁
I got 2007 Classic in NM if that counts. Think I have seen one other 2300 and a 2500 on KAFB. I think.

Aside from mine and the ones I have seen sitting at dealers I have seen all of one out in the wild being ridden here in Japan. Was walking up a street in Tokyo and out of the corner of my eye saw one rip by. Didn't get a good look but I know a Rocket when I see one. Will have to go to a Triumph gathering here one day.

Well, yesterday I finally ran into a fellow rocket owner. He and I were both pulling into a local motorcycle shop at the same time and noticed each other riding the same bike. His is a ‘25 GT he got from the same dealer I bought mine from last year. We chatted for about 30 minutes and had a good time comparing notes. Pete, if you read this, let’s go for a ride sometime!

Saw another one today in the exact same place. Really weird. I couldn't tell if it was the same guy. Just passed to fast, and I just waved, and then I said "hey, that was a rocket!" ha ha
