What is the best throttle lock to buy

I don't know if this is the best, but it certainly works.

They are on Ebay too. They are a bit expensive buy good quality.

Another option to consider at least.

Throttle locks work great when properly adjusted. I use the Throttlemeister and really like the quality. If a throttle lock causes you to have an accident your probably not smart enough to be on a motorcycle. [just my opinion]

By far... the best one is a BrakeAway. I've never seen another one that's better made and disengages when you touch the front brake lever.

I agree. I wouldn't even consider anything that doesn't release the instant you touch the brake lever. And even though they're more expensive than all the "clamp-on" devices, they are only a fraction of what a full on electronic cruise control costs.

FYI - One of our members was victim to a serious crash caused by Throttlemeister.
@mexican was with him.

OOps - Just saw this on Go cruise website!

WARNING
Improper installation and/or use of the throttle control could result in serious injury or death, as is the case with any other motorcycle specific part or accessory.

Well said...I look at it as just one less thing to have to think about or deal with in a crash or panic stop situation. Amazing quality...I've had one on three different bikes and it's never let me down.
