Also the builder is talking about sand casting. Can be found just about any state in the US. Rapid prototyping can be done as hombre explained. You could actually build your own mold out of wood (just the reverse of what you want) than fiberglass them yourself. Its cheap and easy and the wood wont change dimensions too much. Keep us posted on how far you want to take this. Lots of help can be given in the area of dimensional drawings and such. Good luck

Thanks Hombre, its vary interesting but we will see just how much it will cost and if its to much, I'm just going to need to find another way .

Kmutt, to reverse carving of all my spoiler and vents I'm not going to put that time in that would be way too much work.
