Well, the night started out great

Hey Rocket Scientist, just saw this post very late in the threads. Hope you and the wifey are healing up and glad you guys didn't get worse wear and tear. Sorry to hear that the R3 was totaled but it can be replaced. Prayers for you guys and hopefully see you riding soon. Working out that insurance crud is aggravating at best. Hang in there!

This board is crazy. First it helped me wear a full faced helmet all the time and now Rocket Scientist, one of the cool kids has me thinking about reflective gear. Before you know it I'm going to look like a Gold Wing geezer.:D:cool:
Reflective gear ain’t going to stop a deer nor any of the Blind cage drivers believe me back when they were trying to convince us that having light colour helmets and bike plus lights on I had two car drivers either pull out in front of me or hit me and Both F##kwits claimed they didn’t see me

Then you need @1olbull and @barbagris OTT lighting. Was stopped by the GC last month - Not because they did not see me - but because they saw the lights and wondered what planet it was from. But the important thing is that DEER do not see the same light we do.

They'd hafta sue the deer's insurance company for that ;) - But if they have PIP (personal injury protection) on their bike policy, then yea
