Hi Boog . got a trip planed for july down to the dragons claw staying in Wytheville. i see there are about 5 different rides in the area, hope to hit all 5 . any advice or recommendations on best runs,places to see , or eat. been my experience locals bikers know the best spots from being there. appreciate any info . thanks wayne
 
 
Hi everyone!

I found this bike from a Triumph dealer in Altoona Wisconsin. A 2005 with 30,000 miles on it, and the Tribal decals from factory I believe makes it stand out. There has been nothing but compliments locally, especially since there are not many Triumphs around here. The first year I put 10,000 miles on and another 7,000 since. I even drove it every month during the first winter whenever the roads were clear and the temp was above 25 degrees. I live by St. Ansgar, Iowa in the country and grew up on a dairy farm. Currently working with a major ready mix company doing quality control for them and starting on my ninth season.

I also own a 2004 Triumph Speed Four I bought in 2005 off the showroom floor with one mile on it. I like to ride this one when I need to blow off some steam. My oldest son 'gets' to ride it when he rides alongside with me for a small cruise.

I have contemplated putting a supercharger on the Rocket III but others have tried to talk me out of it, because of the age of the bike. I also like what Carpenter Racing has to offer... (I'm torn)

Welcome TDUNCOMB from WA.
Rode through Wisconsin last July.
Only got as far north as Praire du Chien.
Awesome beautiful part of the country from what I rode.
 
Riding my R3 in the Cincinnati area, and beyond. Mostly trolling for parts, and the occasional laugh. Everyone around here rides Harleys, and no one has heard of F1. I feel so alone.
