water dispersant for screen/visors

MAte you got to get yourself one of those cool snowmobiles. Imagine converting the rocket to have a snow plow track on the rear and 2 skis up front. COme on mate, here is an exciting project for you.

You have no idea how much I want to have a go at that

Well sorry Tomcat, I'm just not tough Mate. Riding in the rain? Stuff that! The water pools on your seat around your nuts and shrinks ya *****to 2".

Not when you sit on beads and your *****is over 3"!!!

RainX works on screens but be careful on visors (Shark visors do have a coating that will peel if Plexus is used on them) as some have coating which will go bad if you use products on them

Catherine's old man uses RainX on his car, done so for years. Hanso the bottle specifically says to be used on "glass only" .. warns against using it on plastics, lexan etc

Rainex is great on windscreen and makes wipers Almost redundant , but 2 things
1 must be applied with the screen clean and dry and left till a film is formed then buffed with a clean cotton rag (useless if the screen is already wet) apply before you take the vehicle out in the rain it will stay good for weeks
2 don't spill any on your paint work as it will bleach the finish ,I apply it with a clean rag with the liquid on the rag.

Oh ... I used it on the Honda St1100 screen with no ill effect but didn't last long so never bothered with it again, since found Plexus which lasts longer.
Thank You, Glad you mentioned it, recently thought about trying it on the Clearview ... that could have been an expensive mistake if it is no good
