Vololights Brakeless Deceleration Indicator?

Here is my video from 3 years ago.
 
I think at this point I am leaning towards an independent control box (flashing brake with deceleration but also wired into brake light circuit) controlling a long bright led light bar mounted up a bit higher on the bike than the license plate. Will also convert tail light and turn signals to leds.
