VIDEO | Walk around of R3R with corbin fairing | Need feedback

Those shock protectors look more orange than red.... paint them black.... or buy the carbon fiber ones... loose the reflectors over the rear tire.... looks better but unsafe I guess... mines gone

The protectors are actually the exact same color as the red stripes. For some reason it looks different in this video

Looks good. I am curious. How is the build quality and clearances on the Corbin fairing?

The fairing it's self is solid, The mounting was easy but also not exactly perfect. It doesn't line up perfectly with the headlights but not enough for others to notice, just me being nit picky. I would also get a taller wind screen, right now the air flow hits me square in the face and creates a lot of noise. And I have nothing good to say about Corbin customer service considering it's impossible to get ahold of them and I had to re paint it after we agreed on the design. They will not refund me anything and will not respond to my messages. Which I never really appreciate after spending hard earned money on something that should be really fun and exciting.

Fairing does show off the front. I really like the accent red stripe. Adding components is always risky. I like the hard bags on the R3R. I would like to see what a more traditional looking bag adds to your model. The Corbin Beetle bags seem to have cornered the market on the Rocket cruisers.
Any other bags you recommend?

Unfortunately, that is what I have heard about their customer service. I live about 90 miles away from them and have bought a seat. Quality was good, and as you said customer service is bad. Thanks for the info.

I dunno about the pipes, if you want to upgrade them it's gonna cost these days since the choices that are left to us Rocketeers are slim. But some bags would balance the look of the pipes that are one there, so like others here, some beetle bags or even some leather throwovers would be worth a try.

I have a custom shop 15 miles away that does high end work. I go over to this shop about every month just to see the work. Great bunch of craftsmen. Always willing to help me with my Rocket. I'll ask them for a list of vendors. I'll send you a private chat within 2 weeks. Chip

interested to know why did you have to repaint it? the corbin fleetliner fairing is impressive i would rather invest my money in something like this than exhaust/air intake modifications. Will make it much better on long trips.

I am hoping their prices will come down but i do not see that happenings. Also- everybody says their customer service sux; I have heard these can take up to 6 months also to ship

Need feed back on this bike. Looking to upgrade exhaust still, what would you guys recommend? Any other ideas would be helpful.
I have Dave Platt Outlaws on mine and absolutely love em. Deep and throaty, loud but not too loud. I also put a Ramair kit on mine and it really brought life out of that motor. Taking it to a local tune shop here in a couple of weeks to have a PC5 installed and a custom tune done. Can't wait!!!
