Urgent need for a tuneboy cable

Thanks TC, I logged straight on. Mittzy any chance you can hook me up with that cable. I need to run a diagnostic on my bike as it's finished but unridable and they cant work out why. Can you overnight it to me mate? I'd hate to not have my bike for Tassie

No wonder blokes buy Chinese knock-offs then.. that's ridiculous amount for a cable.

I totally agree but Carpenter installed Tuneboy into my bike with the build so to tune, I had to have a cable. Wayne Tripp actually sent me one as a loaner (*HE IS the BEST PERSON) for NO cost but when I realized I needed to have it again, I ordered it from Tuneboy. I have never tried tune ecu (have the cable) but Wayne educated us on tuneboy and was so gracious about it.
You know what?...Having the cable allows you to tune the bike at any time if you have tuneboy!. You have the security of having the ability to change **** any time.
$230...Big deal!?..the price of a good dinner or an average helmet!

Ok wasn't aware of that .. must be some other cable that everyone buys from E-Bay for $20 then.
Yeah for tune ecu It will still read the tuneboy map though and if you save the map via tune ecu it will convert to tune ecu format

He's sorted, guys - got a properTuneboy cable from a fellow Roadster operator in Melbourne.

Now all he's gotta do is fix the bluddy bike.

Doesn't matter if he can't - I've sent him my kids' stand-on and scoot pushie scooter to ride to Tassie. Only trouble is, it's got a car tyre on the back......

I am not sure if it will read the new V3 live tuning multi trim maps But then Zen has a older bike so I am not sre if Bob installed the V3 live tuning mutil trim map system or the older high rpm map. The newer system has a bunch more goodies in the software and comes with a wide band O2 system so the ecu can trim across the whole map not just a narrow area. It also has the ability to do live tuning on the dyn which means changes you make in tune boy happen right then you do not have to stop and reflash the computer to make sure the changes took.

A hugest of huge thanks goes out to Douglas and Russell for helping out with the tune boy cable. I need to get my own but just wish the fella selling the stuff would reply to email enquiries.

I dont know many blokes that would ride 45 minutes out of town to hand deliver a cable to a stranger in the middle of a Melbourne down pour! If any ever gets the chance to meet Douglas (a mate of Russell and Nevs) but yhe bloke a drink as he's a ****in legend.
