upper fork tube OD?

Don't have access to my bike at the moment and wanted to do some shopping for mounts for the LED foglights I bought. Anyone have the OD measurement for the upper/outer fork tube?

As yes - but near the top yoke it is less.

Mount anything that low on the fork leg and you will wreck the mudguard.
