Unable to reset Trip meter 1 and 2 :(

Hello,
This Rocket3R i have, i read the manual and it says press hold to reset trip but its not working

I have tried following,
1 . tried resetting while ignition is on first time
2 tried resetting while ignition is on pressed twice
3 tried when engine is running
4 tried when taking off kick stand off
5 tried holding for 1 second, 2 second, 5 seconds
6 tried resetting for main menu
7 I reset the fuel consumption meter and it worked fine just to test


am i missing something?




Can you please tell me exact process to reset trip which you have tried on your motor and reset it successfully.

if something is wrong with the dash, whats the procedure to have it fixed?

The only thing I can think of is to be sure you are pressing the button straight in. That switch has up, down, left and right, but straight in will reset trip
 
I will need to check in the bike... but it happened to me before... I had to set the meter in manual instead of automatic or something like that. check in settings.
 
After you select the trip meter you want to set try to push it and let up then immediately push again and hold.
 
Did anyone sorted this or will it need some software update by the dealer? I'm having exactly same issue with my Storm Rocket 3R 2025. Can't reset both 1& 2 km odometers. When I push joystick, it will only reset data to zero on the right side of the cluster (like avg. speed, time, consumption etc) but km on odometers stay unchanged I also tried in the main menu, manuall reset, did not work.

I do think this must be some software issue...
 
Trip 1 and 2 are only on the right side. Nothing should reset on the main screen, since that's the odometer, which can't be reset since it shows total mileage.

Talking about this number:

Is this same for both Trip meters? At least Trip 2 should be adjustable no?

Otherwise both showing same mileage..

Yes, that's the Odometer, which shows the total mileage of the bike and cannot be reset.

The trip distance is at the top of the right side and currently shows 0.0 in your image, indicating that it was reset.
