Had a similar story here, the story I was told was that old mate had a brand new 2016 R1 for sale with less than 500k for 6 grand(there about 21 brand new) Reason for selling was that the bike scarred him too much, so I was asked would I be interested I'm like s#@t yeah. Asked for the vin no so I could chk if it was hot. Yeah mate no worries could you leave a deposit of 50%. Mmmm that smells.
Long story short turns out the bike is hotter than hades. As mentioned before if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.
