TX - Eureka Springs Trip

I told him not push himself and didn't need to go if he didn't think he could. I also told him if he was taking the bike I was cancelling the whole thing. The doc said if he jared his back it could really ruin things and have to do the surgey all over again. But he says he won't push himself too much and it is important we do this together. He knows I have been looking forward to this trip so don't think he wants me to cancel it cause he can't come.

Dave & Paul, this is where we decided on. But of course people are free to pick another place if not nice enough. I made mine and Bear's reservation this week and it was something like $45 for two people. (+taxes they will hit us with when checking in).

Who were you telling to let you know? Dave? I thought that it was decided last week we were staying at the Motel 6? If not someone please let me know. Or if you have an idea for a cheaper place that is fine too. Just would like to be able to step out our door and get to the bikes.

I was asking Paul. Because he was saying let him know where we were meeting. He confused me.
In case you haven't been able to tell by all of my posts today, I am bored at work too. And I can't even get excited the day is supposed to be over. I am "on-call" this weekend so can't take the bike for a spin. Took one of the other dispatcher's calls this weekend. And then on Monday I start my regular scheduled "on-call' week so I can't go any where next weekend either. Just think of all the money I am earning for uncle sam...
The dispatcher that was supposed to be on this weekend has kid custody issues. He has main custody but ex-wife lives something like 200 miles away or so. Can't remember. But when it is her weekend he takes them to her so it blows his weekend by going Friday then turning around and going to get them again on Sunday. On top of that his current wife just had a baby that was born two or three months too early so the little one is still in San Antonio hospital. That hospital makes the parents take some special classes before the baby gets to come home because of possible problems they could have. So tomorrow he is supposed to be at that hospital getting certified.

My co-worker has been on vacation all week so I have been all lonely in the office. Makes a very long and boring day. Yesterday morning I looked at the clock thinking it had to be noon and it was on 8am. That was a real depressing moment. So I am been busy on this site pestering everyone. Lucky you!
