Thanks for the answer for the Tunes.
I installed the Jardines and the sound is much Louder.
Like GPMAZ already said: quite Loud..
The performance is quite impressively better after I removed the Secondairies, installing Tripple KN filters, placing the Lamba Sonde and doing a new Tune with Tune ECU.

I will take here to a place with a Dyno to try to get an optimum performance and smooth running.
The last issue a have to solve now is the problem to get here started at lower temperatures without needing a Battery Loader.
I installed a new Battery last season but for wath ever Reason the Battery is loosing power. I have no clue why because there is in my idea nothing which uses power.

If you have taken out the secondaries, you must have a tune loaded with the 2ndaries open 100% in all gears. Both of these tunes have this. However, if you're able to load a tune with TuneECU (for free with a cable), you don't need to remove the secondaries to open them.

The 20222MapJardine tune is richer at the high end in the main F fuel tables and also at the low end in the L tables, probably to improve decel popping.

Both tunes have the O2 sensor box unchecked which you need to try to fix the decel popping issue.

Your best bet is to go to a dyno shop and have it tested for power and A/F with both of these tunes. If either gives good, smooth power with good smooth A/F (e.g. 13.1), use it.

If necessary, have them install a PCIII and tune it.

Another question.
Can a changed Tune ( or old tune after changing filters and secondairies)) cause the Bike to start badly. On low temperature at the moment it will only start when the battery is completely loaded at a charger.

Hi Hans from another Hans
there has been a lot of dicussion on the battery issues there is only one answer and that is the stock one is crap in cold weather I have tried the PC625 and have not had any cold weather since but the guys in the states are saying it still isn't quite up to the job, It seems there is another Battery I forget the details but I think it was called MotorBlatt or something like that, it is probally descussed here some where if not look on the .com site as it is definatly there the other thing is to only run top quality Full Synfetic Oil to reduce any possible friction(load) at start up I don't think it has anything to do with the tune as IDK has played with that idea with real no luck.

I placed an Odyssey 625 battery in spring last year. The oil in the Bike is oil from the Triumph Dealer. Hopefully he uses the right one. It just comes from a 16000 km check. I changed the Headlight into a Xenon one. There are no other items installed which use elecctriciy when stalled.The problem is starting when the Bike is standing outside in the cold. In holland the temp is just below 0 or a little higher. After standing in that temp. the bike does not start after a few hours in that temp before the Battery is coming off the Charger. I spoke to another dealer who will check the battery and will put it on a proffesional loader which will increase the watts and really load it and who will check if there is any leakage in the ircuit. I am also thinking of installing a switch to shut down the lights when starting.
During Summer there are no problems.
I will report when the bikes has been for the battery check etc.

you can try this

now that I have triple filtesr I modified the empty battery box and doubled up my battery requirement by 2x odyssey 680 and since I also bypass the ignition with a headlight switch i can see a difference when cranking the beast...no problemo

I would imagine so but it's impossible to say why.

I have the secondaries in the throttle bodies with the table setting them at 100% open at all TP and RPM. When I look at the sensors in Tuneboy with the bike idling, it says the secondaries are open 40%. So the ECU is closing them at idle. If you took the secondaries out, the ECU may be trying to close them but obviously you're not getting that effect. This is only a guess. There could be vacuum, idle stepper motor, TP sensor...etc. problems.

Full name Johannes Marines Franciscus Ottevanger, born in De Hague, Netherlands,Ya/yeah you might say I have a euro background,came out to Aussie when 5 that's 48 year ago. any way asI was saying on the other site this problem has been thrown about a lot by guys in the states and pomie land, I have only had it happen once three days in a row when inland at a race meet I marshall at every year. Anyway I will be suprised if it is your tune, it is a strange problem because not every bike does it and the only solution that seems to work is to give it a lot more CCA cold cranking amps which aparently even the PC625 does not have alternativly you could try Albertaduke suggestion as for the oil that depends what your dealer gets a deal on mine does not stock full syn so I supply it my self at service time
just a note if you connect to car battery they fire up instantly and evan on a cold day here on the coast it might take a few seconds turning over before yet I have piggy back a battery from my other bike and instant fire the conclution is that you have a 35 kilo crankshaft to turn and if the oil viscosity and the battery aren't right it takes a lot from the battery and doesn't leave enought to fire up 6 sparkys.

Touring on the Dynojet

Today the Touring went to a tuningstation for severall runs on the Dynojet with the Tuneboy software..
After having installed the Jardines the sound was just to Loud for me but Jardine does not make DB Killers so I asked help in the tuning station. In an half hour time they produced a pair of killers theirself, top.
The sound is a lot better know which also makes the wife happpier.
Without the killers they took the bike to 156,5 Bhp at 5400 rpm and a torgue of 230.1.With the db killers at became 152.5 Bhp at 5461 rpm and 225.8 torgue.
They also maximised the speed at 225 km per uur max ( was 200 km) and they calibrated the limiter so it shows the exact speed.
The engine was running far to lean when a came which can cause serious damage at high speeds. So I am happy that I took here today for a Dyno Tune.

One special thing the Tuner said was the following:
It had not been necessary to remove the original air filter and the secondaires and removing the Lambda sonde was also not necessarry. He would have been possible to get it almost to the same specifications without all that been done!!. All these things can be adjusted with the Tuneboy software. Secondairies, Lambda sonde etc.
Getting more air in could be done by removing a kind of plate underneath the Saddle which is sufficient enough to give it enough air.
Better could have brought it earlier before all these changes.

So all I can say: If you change some things on the engine, bring here to a station who knows how the Tune it on a Dyno Jet. This will bring the maximum out of it and shurely gives you a good feeling.
I will put a piece of film on Youtube in a few days for those who are interested.
For thosse who have Jardines and have problems with the loud sound: look at their sire, snd them a mail because they can make a set of Killers and set it to you:
