TUNE ECU - Which Fuse?

After several hours of fiddling with it, most of which was spent on the drivers, I finally have tune ecu up and running. To shut off the headlight to save battery charge I pulled fuse #9 on my 2011 R3T (upper and lower headlight beams) and proceeded to save my stock tune before starting to download Power-Tripp's new map into my ecm. While I was saving the stock tune I noticed that my headlight was still on even though I'd pulled that fuse, so I completed the map save then disconnected. I tried pulling fuses 1, 3, 7, and 10 but the headlight still remained on. It seems like #6 (engine management system) and 10 (main fuse) can't be pulled or the tune ecu process can't function so all that remains are 2 (ignition switch main feed), 4 (diagnostic connector), or 5 (engine management system relay and engine control module). Which of those fuses can be pulled and still permit tune ecu to download the new map into my ecm, because the headlight must be included in one of them?

Thanks.

I can turn my headlights off with the hi/lo beam switch.

My OEM switch died a day before a cross country ride so I wired in a temporary on/off/on switch - which has worked well for the last 60+ thousand miles. I have since acquired another OEM switch and wiring loom, which I may put back on if I ever sell the bike.
