The KTM dealers around here seem to think that a 12yr old bike is "garbage" and "completely trashed". Which they claim is why, when taking delivery of a functional bike with a slight stutter at low reves, they returned a 3k rpm hanging machine not safe for street use.

Hence the need for tuneecu. I think the art of diagnosing is dead these days.
