Trying to buy Oxford EL800 hot grips from UK.

Hi guys, I want to buy these grips for my r3t. I see them on eBay from England. The page says that the item doesn’t post to the United States. I’m not sure what that means.
Can I buy these grips from there, or is their a source from the US? All the links direct me to the UK.

I love Oxford grips -- had them on two bikes before and put them on the R3T after the dealer messed up the Avon heated grips (I still have).

had the same one,s fitted not long ago when having my servise,when fitting these they had to mess around grinding plastic off the throttle grip to fit correctly ?
but now on there all good.

No issues at all with the ones to which I have the link.

I have to say though, the controller is butt ugly, and requires double sided tape to attach which is less than secure.
