Unless I discover some more, a converted one is the go. Also the lock barrel should be compatible with other Triumph pannier lock systems I would think, but Jay should be able to compare the actual R3T one to the one he has and see how or if it is adaptable. When it arrives!

Except if tracking is studied, it takes 2-3 days to get to the USA, all the rest is due to US Customs and USPS. No boats involved unless USPS uses paddle steamers still.
