sold that house two weeks ago, moving to kaleden south of penticton on the shore of the skaha lake 40 miles north of the border and 45 miles from oroville WA where I might add I picked up a set of spare tires for the bike (revzilla shipped there and I crossed over picked up my two tires and drove back. giving the can government its $21 duty. I am set now for 3 seasons . also much closer to you I might add
