Triumph GT windscreen on the R, worth it or buffeting?

Zutt, with ear plugs you hear your blue tooth music through helmet? With my wired ear buds for machinists I only hear, when song stops, very slight wind noise.
Yup, sound through the helmet is crystal clear for music, podcasts, phone calls. Most of the time, I either have nothing on, or listen to talk, so I can still enjoy the bike sounds.

So you added an intercom like sena to your helmet?
I had assumed with ear plugs the sound would not be loud enough at 85 mph.

Yes. I've always had an intercom system, so I can answer or make calls, to work and wife.
I currently have the Sena 10c Pro which is also a camera.

So you added this to your ff helmet, or came with helmet?
I added it. Pretty straight forward. And if you use more than one FF/modular helmet (I use modulars), you can buy an extra set of speakers and mic and wire more than one helmet, and move the unit from one to another. Plug and play.

Ok. I don't use modular now, shoei rt1200. Will consider but skeptical. My prior helmet,ff modular has bluetooth, and at hwy speed WITHOUT ear plugs music not nearly as clear with wind noise. Cannot see how adding plugs music would be loud enough.🤔

You can definitely add the comm system to the FF Rf1200. The Intercom systems come with a wired mic that you can stick onto the helmet, and they also come with a boom mic for modulars.
For some reason, wearing ear plugs blocks certain noise frequencies and louder DBs and music and phone calls end up clearer, while wind noise lower. Counter intuitive but works.

Sounds good. May consider. Thanks for your experience.
