I have ridden several of the new 1200 Bonneville variants. The ride by wire throttle grip feels good and works well.

I'm going to Edmonton International Bike show in January and they always have all the new bikes from every factory on hand. I love being able to sit on and look over all the different bikes without dealing with a pushy salesman. I love the look of the Scramblers in both Triumph and BMW. Too bad I look like a circus bear on a tricycle when I sit on one.

EXACTLY!! I picked up a 17 R3T at an awesome price...Can not wait. This means some folks will be getting the new and improved while the price of used touring models should drop. Sounds good to me.

Sat on one today at the local dealer and also a bonny. As @Zonechamp said " I looked and felt like a circus bear on a tricycle" and I'm not that big. Definitely not for me.

Well as we put on a few years, and I'm pushing 70, way cool bikes like these perhaps just don't fit anymore.

From reviews of the Bobber you want to make sure there is a motion lotion station every 100k's small tank pretty thirsty.
