Triumph # 1 in North America.

That is appalling I would go back and make them change it and stand there watching them correctly set your TPS and if don't want you to come into workshop tell them to do it in the door way so you can watch.
To many workshops use the excuse of lack of insurance coverage to keep people from making sure they do their job right I know don't take the bull rap and just tell them "I will be and am capable of keep myself safe if the tech are doing their job properly their should never be a safety issue" what did we ever do before OH&S BULLCRAP it is just poor excuse for people not using common sense, rant over
common sense seems to be a rare commodity these days...

My bike was in and out of that shop for 18 months and still came out with High idle issues. The last time I was there it was in for a recheck of TPS settings and they claimed they were set to factory spec. After talking with Rocket Scientist and Warp just a couple of months ago I have been able to solve that issue. Tuneecu and myself resetting the TPS and stepper motor has now made my Rocket days more pleasant. That screw made me think that there was less than appropriate work done. I found that to be the case. I contested the charge of the last visit on my credit card because of my findings thru Tuneecu. That was 60 days ago. The dealership is fighting the contestment sayin the offered me a new screw. Ha screw has nothing to do with the problem. The condition of that screw does though. Sure gave me a clue as to quality of work and if I was the tech in this case I would be embarrassed to even give the bike back to its owner. They never fixed the bike. how can you charge someone for something you couldn't fix. I will never return there and Im not the only one in my area who thinks this dealer stinks. Al

Can you disclose which dealership this is Big Al? It looks like we're in the same state. I requested a quote from the two nearest dealerships to me (both measured in hundreds of miles distant) for a '15 R3T and just placed a deposit on the same with one of the dealerships. Just wondering if I've made a mistake -as usual?!

Yeah, I just got mine serviced at Erico. Would like to know if I need give a more thorough once over rather than the quick 'no oil on the bike, and none on the ground the next day' check I did.

Sure can its Colorado Euro in Ft Collins. I will never darken there doors again. There is only 3 dealerships in Colorado. Erico, Foothills and Colorado Euro. The bike was owned by the parts manager at Foothills. I bought it used from him. I have not ever been in either Erico or Foothills. But I haven't read much good about them online either. I know that doesn't always mean much but as far as Colorado Euro goes they stink and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are 3 other R3's in my area I know all the owners and none of them will use that shop either. If I ever need major work its foothills or out of state. Al
