One great thing about the HD surge of the last 10 years or so, it gets more people out riding, and eventually many of those people will get over the image and start expanding their interests into other brands.

TLDR: HD is a great gateway drug.

Rode Harley's for 25yrs til I discovered the R3T, went from a 05 VRod, which I had to get off every 100kms to stretch, and get feeling back, to riding 250kms plus on the Triumph, and the effortless torque for overtaking, storage etc, no contest.
