HARLEY does a good job with paint and chrome and advertising that's for sure if that's all you want then its a good choice But looks like Indian is going for the same market and taking customers from Harley The local Harley salesman said his sales are down 50 percent
Agree with you, i think the Harley trend is slowing down and they are not used to have competition, i really like the Indian Scout, i may add one to my stable eventually
All 2015 Indians have recalls on there brakes. This includes the scout. Back brake caliber is really messed up. There are other problems with the Indian scout also but do not include recalls. I think the scout will be
one sharp bike once they get the bugs worked out.

Rode the Scout didn't find anything to get excited about not fast ,not smooth, not comfy ,brakes are not that good and I don't think it looks that good either Ill pass Now a KAW ZX14r is an exciting bike that I would buy 10 times more fun than that Scout

Funny you mention the 14, in the next few months my son is buying one, we made a deal, we will get together and buy one cash, maybe a 2010 model, and if i like it will get together again and buy mine, im giving the little ninja to my daughter and that will give me room for one more in the garage
Rode the Busa but way too uncomfortable
My 2 cents. When I was looking,[ but not now], thought a 2 litre yamaha royal star venture v4 with all the bells and whistles or maybe a 2 litre kawasaki Vaquero. The one with a fixed fairing. But no one thought to build these kind of bikes except Triumph. And when i get old and dont have the strength I hope to put on "the leg up landing gear"

I almost purchased a ZX-14 instead of the Rocket. I didn't because I had a Hayabusa for 3 years and spent most of that time talking law enforcement out of arresting me. I sold it with way too many tickets and way too many close calls. Those bikes are way too much fun, and the fun with them really starts at triple digit speeds. Otherwise they are boring to ride around. They aren't cruisers. They love to go fast. Real fast. And when you get caught, it will not be pretty. I know. The Rocket can be enjoyed at misdemeanor speeds not felony speeds. It can be tooled around town and it likes it just fine. If you haven't owned a Busa or 14, you will find them insane.
