Travel Plans for RDU

Wise words TC. We southerners won't be rushing.
Reinstalled the saddle bags today and started filling them. Hmm, not quite as much room as I thought, especially with 2 espresso makers in there. Gotta rethink, or maybe just chuck another bag on. Wet gear packed - manly to make sure it doesn't rain - and warm stuff for when we get close to home on the return (still sub zero overnight here), second helmet, show and shine stuff, bike cover (well I want it to stay clean), few t-shirts, jeans, 'smalls' (except mine are bloody enormous to fit all that junk in there ).

Arrr f#ck it; better to have plenty of room. I'm gonna look like I'm heading of on a round Australia trek.

Did I mention that I'm excited????

Won't be needing ya wet weather gear in qld mate . And don't worry I'm bringing a bike cover also . Not sure about the espresso makers though mate lol

They're only small; little gas burner too. One's a single and the other is 4 cup. 1/2 kilo of coffee. 4 cups. Brandy (for fun). Must remember a water bottle.

They said on the radio today that Brisbane has had 53 days without rain. Saw the forcast on the news 27 and sunshine slight chance of coastal shower Sunday. So we won't have to worry about getting wet gear out.
