I believe it is made here in Virginia. It sound odd to me and the guy who rode it away seemed very cautious about riding it. Not sure how many hours he has in the saddle or if it is not easy to ride slowly.

Can't imagine it would be easy bike to ride slowly in a straight line .. or fastly for that matter
