TOR's for early 2103 R3R

Canberra, Man, you are a wealth of frigging knowledge, will look into this one, as my mechanical abilities are novice at best. Thanks again for the info!
They have an afr version now from dobeck for around 300 set it and forget it... Actually it has a afr display that shows you where the bike is at... Call dobeck direct for that version...

Lot of info there but don't confuse the 2. The TFI that I have is incredibly simple and effective. You can get it fine tuned on a dyno or get it 'good enough' yourself. Plug and play. Bike runs great, starts immediately every time, idles smoothly and is as quick or quicker than anything I've encountered on the road. Does it do everything I want? Yes. Is it tuned to the nth degree? No. Does it matter? No.

Thanks, CanberraR3, you and the others have been a big help, AND, saved me money. You certainly can't ask more for support from a forum than that.

My 2 cents is remember the stock Roadster crossover is empty and has NO catalytic convertor.
They are in the mufflers. The aftermarket crossover pipe would yield a marginal gain IMHO and not worth the money.

I installed the dobeck EJK efi controller - wish I'd thought of installing the ramair at the same time. It's a bit of a pain getting to the injectors, removing half the intake plenum, but sure made a nice difference. I spent a fair amount of time talking with one of the guys at dobeck prior to purchasing. It comes preset for the tors and filter / stage 1. Since I still had the stock filter, it was running way rich and I had to do some adjustments - it was very simple. bikes running better than ever.

Edit:
Forgot to mention. There's a nice discount for veterans as well.

Thanks for that Gary, I think having that discount for Vets just nailed it for me. Going to call them today. Jon

A question for those with the Ramair system, just so I know, does it allow the B/Claw to be reinstalled over it, it will it need to be removed/modified? Also, I have a dyno right near me, but it is a Harley dealer and they know nothing about this bike. Anybody in or around upstate NY that can do a professional tune? I want to be sure that the bike is running as well and efficiently as can be expected.
