TORs and whistling

I notice my TORs cause a low whistle in neutral and the whistle sound gets louder as your turn the throttle. Is this normal?

If you are hearing a burbling sort of turbo sound. Then yes it is normal for the Rocket to make that sound even with stock pipes.

Once on the road - the sphincter whistling soon drowns it out.
