TOR Exhaust on an 05 Standard installation??

Got a pic of TORS and CAT delete?

I'll take some tonight of them. To be honest with you if your looking for power you want big headers and 3-1 as exhaust gases slow down the more bends you have in the sustem. The same goes for intake which is why the three filters do better the the OEM intake plumbing. It is the same with forced air even though I have a blower I am loosing some power do to the bend in the intakd charge plumbing. Some for turbos and even though you add a intercooler it does even more restricting. Its all about big in big out.

Hers a shot from the rear of the TORS the one and only short time I tried the DS tire. You can see they are the same shape as OEM yet with all the bends and cat delete it still slows the gases down.

Here's one with the preds on

they are sharp and good quality but do to the extra stuff I added to the engine they were not big enough for my recent build. They also sound awesome. I am sure a good tig welder can make the weld on nut repairs without you having to have them recoated coated again as the nuts are under the shields. All the welding would be done on the pipes not the shields.

I am also going to have a set of Jardines 3-2 I just need to pull them off Gracie 500 plus shipping They sound awesome also!!!!

Unless you have someone who can do some pipe work, you need to sell the Roadster TORs and look for RIII Standard/Classic TORs, or any other exhaust system compatible with an RIII Standard/Classic. You will not be able to use the Roadster TORs on your '05 Rocket without some modifications.

So, ultimately if I buy a CAT delete pipe I can use the Roadster TORS that I have purchased on my 2005 Rocket Standard and have the 2 pipe system instead of my current 3 pipe system?

Thanks for the insight. Funny about your brief stint with a DS. I did the same. It was brief.

Looks like I may be considering some Jars. Seems the Roadster pipe dream is just that at this point. I have the K&N filter mod parts ordered and want to allow the bike to breathe in and out. Shoot me a PM. We may be able to deal on the Jars.

just my 2 cents but I like the jars over the tors but there are those that like it the other way
