Your link didn't work for me. Based on the text, I could search for it. When I found it, it was the same link you posted, and sure enough, trying to directly to that link yields "Not Found".
Bizarre.
I see there are a bunch of different packs (the beads) and combinations.

Sorry, broken link removed and added link to the manufacturers site.
Here is a link to their calculator to determine how much you need, make sure to choose the application, car, truck, motorcycle... Applications | Counteract Balancing Beads
154 was stable with no weave using Chris Angry fly screen on my roadster, ran out of road but there was more left to go. Since then Iv added some small saddle bags and seen around 130 a few times with no issues.
I suspect the larger screens are the main source of instability.
Same as me ,I have a self imposed speed limit of 160Kph around the old Ton ,my touring pulls strongly up to that speed and sits like a Qantas A380 rock steady and comfortable,
How did 100 m/h or 161 km/h get to be called, "The Ton"?
Makes no sense to me???
A US ton is 907.185 kg A US ton is 2000 pounds
A metric ton is 1000 kg. A metric ton is 2204.62 pounds
A imperial ton is 1016.05 kg A imperial ton is 2240 pounds

Bull the Ton is used or used to be in my youth as 100 anything ,darts scoring ,money or MPH it originally came from the shipping measurement of 100 cubic feet,I know this from when we used to quote for haulage of light freight Furniture ect,as opposed to by the heavy Haulage that was always by the Ton ,

Personally, I think the balancing beads are snake oil. Any tests/reviews of them have all claimed they saw no benefit with the beads in during testing. But if you put the beads in wheels that are naturally pretty well in balance then I can see people attributing that to the beads... There's nothing wrong with proper, good-old-fashioned weight stabilization. It's tried, it's true and it works and we know why it works.
As for speed, I've done about the equivalent of 115 mph with the Powertripp tune (so limiter raised some, but I wasn't at the limiter yet). I was going up a slight incline...
As for going really fast with bags and such, historically that has been discouraged by manufacturers. There is often a "do not exceed" number the manufacturer quotes when you put on OEM bags; can recall a Kawasaki that was 130 km/h. Of course you could go faster than that, but the more crap you have out there in the wind the bigger the danger you'll have issues at speed, I guess.
