Tire Gard (Wireless Tire Pressure Gauge)

One Hundred and Forty Seven Bucks to check your tyres come on guys you can not be serious(is it April 1st) when you do your pre ride inspection(TCLOCS) do you not check your tyres then?????:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
I must be a dying breed why let something do something that you should want to do, then again I am the only person I know who will not ride with music.
I had a gold wing back in the 98. The radio was played one time while riding. Did not like it at all. Could not hear the motor very well while riding and it got on my nerves. Never owned a bike again with a radio. Still to this day prefer to ride without music. I check my tires weekly, the old fashion way.

Watch out Sonny this character is an inheritance chaser, by my last count his father is a serial father of brothers from another mother. I think his father must have been Ghengis Khan who has more descendants than any other known human in history and his son the @scot in exile is actually a Highlander called McCloud.

Man, I'm with you and @scot in exile. All I want to hear when I'm riding is the roar of the 140 CI's. :inlove

A few years ago they came out with electronic shifting front and rear derailleurs for road racing bikes (the ones with pedals) and everyone was going ape sh*t over that. I thought man, isn't that why we are riding bicycles, for the simplicity of powering a machine by your own efforts? Elec shifting? NEVER!
Man this world has gaun sauwwwft
Now, I do ALWAYS listen to music when I'm riding the bicycle      - If a car coming up from behind me is going to run over me, I don't want to know about it
No brain, no pain..............

Now Gentleman (this includes the Aussies) wallyworld sells valve caps that have a green ring and when the tyre pressure drops by about 4psi the green ring turns red not high tech like the talked about wireless thingymajig but still half decent for the boys who do not check the tyre pressure regularly .

You're missing the point of this system. It can be used to constantly monitor tire pressure while riding to let you know if you have a slow leak of get a nail in the tire. It gives you enough warning to either get off the road to fix the problem or find a shop to repair it. A tire pressure problem is a very bad thing to happen when riding.

It's not about checking your tire pressure when you first get on the bike....it's about keeping an eye on the pressure through the entire ride.
