Some... but NOT my HD V-Rod Muscle (aka Delilah) above 4k RPM's. She's a HOOT! to ride... That said, I raced my brother off a light on my R3T (he was on Delilah)... and I took him without going WOT. I've tested the limits of Delilah and she's no slouch... she would have won a longer run as I have my R3T speed limited to 130mph.
. I fell for the black magic of Rocket 3 again and called off the deal and decided to keep it. In a nutshell- You cannot compare the Rocket with any other bike. It's a league of its own. In my case, I was going to replace it with a bike that doesn't even have ABS. I like M109r but riding the Rocket 3 aggressively has spoilt me and I will for sure commit a mistake while riding the M109r. All the tech on Rocket 3 is a safety net that protects you while riding. So, the Rocket 3 is staying with me for the long term 
I’m fairly aggressive too at times. Today I was out for a couple hours on a country drive. I stopped at a stop sign and went through a small puddle. As I was driving away I figured I would be reasonable for a short distance to dry off the tires. Then I picked up the pace rather abruptly and traction control kicked in as it has on several occasions. It’s nice to have but I did learn on old school bikes in the early eighties with none of the protections.My other bikes are a Harley Ultra Limited and a Triumph Tiger 1200. Both bikes have their own purpose and character. Funny story- Couple of weeks ago, I realized that I might be touring a bit more this season and I won't be riding the Rocket much. I decided to sell the Rocket, recover the $$ and get a used M109r as a replacement. I posted locally and a motivated buyer contacted me after a couple of days and we set up a day for a showing/deal. As I was going to sell the Rocket, I decided to put the plate on it and ride it for a full week before the potential deal on the weekend. You know what happened
I own a Kawasaki vn 2000. The bike is the largest twin cylinder engine put in production. After riding my TR3T, Indians and Harleys can’t hold up. They are both slower from the start and after 20 miles, they seem to really have trouble keeping up on the highway. My Kawasaki is fine keeping up on the highway driving. Terrible on slow, in town diving. My Kawasaki doesn’t have the hard bags or the front fairing my Rocket has. It is set up as a cruiser. The front controls are much different than the Rocket. Seat is something like 5” lower. Big difference between the two bikes
Also Tourings have the aerodynamics of a sheet of plywood, lol. Even with 240 hp, mine gets pretty unstable above 130 mph or so. Removing the windshield, bags, and passenger equipment shaved 106 lbs off it, and improved stability tremendouslyThis comes to the definition of "gutless".. If you are referring to torque, i.e, roll on acceleration from highest gear, yeah, rocket (i ride touring) is among the best..other than that, plenty of bikes would smoke rockets (even new ones, after all, acceleration is power and MASS dependent)..
I've owned Honda VFR1200F and now own BMW S1000R in parallel to Rocket III touring, and i would advise everyone to own bikes from different leagues/classes. This way, you are always overwhelmed with positives and just unable to draw direct comparisons because of how different bikes are
P.S. Derestricted Touring easily keeps up with modern bikes, such as KTM 1290, M109R or even VFR1200F, up until 100km/h, but after that no chance. Partly, this is because you can only squeeze so much G for the rear tear..which is why accelerations to 100 (60 mph) are heavily dependent on riders skill..
P.P.S. attached is screenshot from my car database, that shows how acceleration (0-100km/h) is correlated against power/weight ratio
I would consider an e bike, in the future, not for the fantasy ecological reasons but purely for the torque from zero rpms.
