Sorry but there is no need to remove either of these, to remove the throttle body assembly.
When you put the thing together again, you should hook up TuneECU and do an ISCV reset, and check throttle balance, having unsettled them with the work

the first picture is close to the way it mounts
the first bolt is at the top of the head (left side) and the second is straight back.
this shield protects the throttle springs and throttle cables where it meets the throttle bodies
