Your probably right. Just ordered $169. 00 dollars worth of stuff today. Next weekend dropping off the powder coat stuff and the ceramic coated stuff. Like my wife keeps telling me " Honey just buy a New bike it would be cheaper" NO FREAKING WAY.
Sonny the rods and caps are fractured at the the caps. That being said because of the fractured surfaces the caps will only fit one way on the rods just like thee had dowel guides. Triumph does say to renew the cap bolts they are the stretch type.
Yes indeed. all bolts are on order. Did buy the triumph tool for the torque wrench. Marked everything very carefully before taking it apart. Know what youre talking about.
New bolts came in today. Roughly $690.00 dollars in bolts and a few oil oil rings. Oh forgot new shifting dogs which was required. It is getting unreal on the cost of a professional rebuild. Figure i will just keep plugging along.
All of it is going to be delivered to Procoat in OKC in the morning. Pics were really taken to insure I get all parts back but figured I would Post and brag.
