Ok this is my picture, my engine is upside down, look at the dimple on the engine and how spring is attached.

Ok this is sonnys engine, not upside down, see the same dimple and spring is the same. Bottom line for anyone wanting to check me on this, if you put that spring on incorrectly it will not slide. But if you put on correctly you can move freely as it does not dig in. Its all good, i was just pointing out what i found to be a fact, one way it fits better than the other way. Now i know.

Look at the eye where the spring hooks, you only see the end of the spring poking through eye, this is correct, sorry you didnt realise one engine upside down one is not. His spring is correct. I looked at it for weeks now.
