The bike that I've always wanted...................is now in my shed.

Welcome James, from Virginia ! Only been Down Under once, and to this day, I hear, and say that sweet, "No worries !"

This site is made by all the wonderful Captains past and present -- all the collective wisdom is searchable, and helpful souls abound (opinionated too -- after all, they all know how good is a Rocket) and we're glad you're here, and look forward to you adding your experience to ours.

Please keep the rubber side down.

Another Brissy welcome mate
BTW you have already removed your catalytic converters when you changed your mufflers. The box in the cross over is empty but it would not hurt changing the crossover pipe to a more free flowing pipe. But if you are wanting to unleash some power forget the TORS and standard headers and go for a complete system change for more free flow. The good thing about the rockets is that free flowing pipers are generally not loud at cruise but when you open the throttle to let the ponies loose a lot of people will know the roar of the R3. As the link in my signature will reveal

Hello James and Buster, Brahma and I give you another welcome from from Virginia.

I admire the FJR and surely do like that Blackbird. I have a Blackbird die cast model on my desk at work even. Honda couldn't go wrong with bringing a new one to market.
