TFT not turning on consistently

Hey, got a 2020 rocket 3r. The TFT doesn't want to turn on and the bike doesn't want to turn on either. The key fob is green. The steering lock also stopped trying to send an error when it isn't in the right position, it just tries to do it anyway.

The only way I've been able to turn on the bike is by switching modes on the fob over and over while pressing and holding the power button on the bike. It works maybe 1/6 times.

Any advice?

Try pulling out the multi-connector at the back of the unit and then pushing it back into it. It could perhaps just be a dry connection.

Is your 12v battery fully charged? As a rough guide, I think it needs to be showing over 12.3 Volts or there about.

I think I figured it out. The little pins behind my remotes battery weren't connecting I think

Yes. That's also a common issue. Didn't think it would result in the symptoms you had described, so if it was that, please confirm so we can learn from experience.

That's the most in-depth fix that I've seen. Excellent. Mine starts but sometimes says out of range while riding.

yes, even with new battery, i have same problem, you think its the battery pin issue as mentioned in video above?

Very likely- I've tried putting a round piece of cardboard above the battery and that worked for a while- remember how he squeezed the FOB to get it to work. It's a battery contact issue going on of some sort.
