Here you go... I pulled mine apart and scanned it.... You can print it and make your own booklet.

That was a very neighbourly thing to do Mitzy ,a gesture like that would make a new Rocketeer feel welcome to the forum, good on yah!

I scanned as two sided, the first side scanned the right way up but the bac scanned upside down...
This copy is for both hemispheres...
