Les sounds like a fun adventure ahead .also mate pass my good wish,s to mrs ozrider as having a broken rib is very uncomfortable.​

Will do @peter k , had a 80 Km stint and see is all good, just making sure I don't hit any big bumps

The ride up out of Queenstown was amazing. Awesome scenery punctuated by TC suddenly redlining when he twisted the throttle the wrong way. Unless you've actually tried a backwards throttle I don't reckon anyone could comprehend just how hard it is. I'm still amazed at how he managed it.

Have to say that as great as the hooning was, the more gentle riding with just TC (and meeting Flyreels) was probably more enjoyable. Tassie has the best riding on the planet. And where else do you find a pub that lets you, no, invites you to, park your bikes overnite on the dance floor?

That was a long cold night .. only guess what the publican thought when he spotted me wearing his coat.

Agree mate that trip we had was one that i'll never forget .. loved every minute of it.

Had a massive thunderstorm pass over and woke to overcast cloudy skies but managed to stay dry all day, rode from St Helens to St Marys then down the Elephants pass, stopped at the pancake house for brunch then onto Bicheno and the motorbike museum onto Coles Bay for the night
