Hi, my Rocket's 3R stock exhaust system during the drive, fires up my trousers, who knows what to do? Maybe there is some oem heat shield, which is larger and will guard trousers? Thanks! Any advise?

My DriRider pants have done the same, higher up though. Yours being lower down you could possibly benefit from Jagsters bicycle clips.

Try changing your foot position so the pants are away from the exhaust. Maybe a Velcro tie to keep them tight against your leg could help too?

Did you perhaps swap your footpeg setup to the GT setup? That would position your leg further forward and expose your pantleg to the smaller R heatshield. If not, you could always swap your heat-shield to the GT style which gives more protection. I'd actually encourage you to consider carbon fiber heat shields as the block much more heat for me on my GT.

Thanks for advices, I found out that GT's version stock heat shield (part number T2203137) is larger than R's version, and should guard my pants better, so ordered 3 pieces from Triumph... this is not the cheapest solution, but bolt on and great look...
