Thanks for all the advice lads!
UPDATE: I checked my TPS using TuneECU and the settings were out.... was at 0.71v starting position, so managed to set it to 0.61V, and the second position was 0.73v. Managed to nip out for a bit of a run on Sunday, and...touch wood.... it seems to be a lot better! so thanks!
