Speedometers up to 10% off

be aware when u change the speedo (example -7%) it will also do a -7% on the odometer.
or so i have been told for the older rockets

I wonder if the odometer is off by the same amount, or accurate to start

My odometer was right on speedo was 10 percent high went to excedra max and now speedo 5 percent high and odometer 5 percent lower

Speedometer takes its data from the drive train. The front wheel and tyre size is irrelevant.
