Not really. I'm taking it in to my dealer to do the wiring.

I'm surprised that, with all the expertise on here, no one could help. Then again, not many people on here have any interest in having speakers and audio on their Rockets!

The two-up Seat is a Russell Day-Long. The Trunk and the Backrest are from a 1989 Harley Davidson Electra-Glide. I have a Harley also and I couldn't get my wife to get on the Rocket so I duplicated it in every way I could. I just bought the speaker pods which were custom made by www.dragonflycycleconcepts.com. The amount of storage is unbelievable in these Harley Tour Packs. I go to the grocery store all the time with it. I had to replace the latches with locking ones and I added LED lights on the back and sides for better visibility. :)

Thanks for the info on the seat.:D

Back to the topic at hand. I am trying to do the same thing. I have an amplifier and it needs to tie into a wire that is only live when the key is on. I've tried the tail light but it doesn't seem to work. Maybe not enough current? Maybe the Headlight would be better. Any thoughts?

Let me know if you can tell how they wired that **** remote wire. I've read a lot about it but I don't have a definitive answer where I should tie it in. Thanks! :)

Direct to the battery

I had the same trouble when adding the Rumble Roads Ultras. I ended up going directly to the battery mounting a simple switch on the left side just below the seat. I can take and send you some pictures if it would help.:)
