have you checked the free play on the clutch lever you could be spinning the lifter piec bearing all the time like a dead mans clutch (throw out bearing spinning all the time) since you opened her up in front what does the lifter shaft look like? any signs of burning?

Hey Scott, how are you?? The lifter piece and shaft looks brand new. remember the one you sent me 2 yrs ago when the dealer couldn't get one?? Still owe you a cold one for that.

Had to replace the output shaft bearing on my 07 and then the rear differential they make an upgrade kit for the output shaft bearing, when you have it broke down make sure you check the in play on the rear differential it seems that the output shaft puts pressure on it when he goes bad best of luck
Thanks Dennsell, I just got into the service manual and looked at the out put shaft and bearings, very well could be, that would explain the east west, loaded and unloaded presure on the bearing, still up for options though, lol Maybe I could find something on the bearing replace.
I run 3 to 5 mill at the lever cable end.. just pull the outer away from the lever ferule.. I check mine weekly, can make a real mess if things break in the clutch release bearing area
