Yes it is perforated. Yes it does have an inner lining. It is perforated also.

The liner is not perferated and but the coat is all leather and if that bugger gad a 44/54 in it like mine it would be sold. But I think a 48 might be a little large on me

By far my oldest and best quality triumph coat !!!!
They did make a non leather version which might be more vented.
