Never fitted by the looks of them. RIVCO TR3017.
Come with fitting instructions and paperwork but I already have NZ Thunderbars on my two Roadsters.

Not bothering to read the instructions I was wondering what all the bits I found with them were in the packet until I found this photo and read the instructions.

Now I'll have to find them all again.
😉
😀

I DID TOO!
They use the stock Triumph riser caps.

They are solid metal and quite heavy to post but Australia post Intl rates are better than most.
They used to be just US$185 from New Bonneville in USA.

OEM Cycles last selling price was reasonable US$199

Crazy prices here: https://customcruisers.com/.../p1981_triumph-rocket-iii... and here: https://konquer.ca/.../rivco-tr3017-handlebar-riser-for.../
I'll sell my set for the 10+ years old New Bonneville price equivalent US$185, Au$285, GBP 148 + Std Air Postage from Oz

with Au$300 extra cover insurance (sold in $100 increments) from Australia Post is just Au$47.75 Weight: 1kg (740g + packing)
USA is even less than UK postage. Makes a nice number too, Au$333 delivered (approx US$220).
This is with Au$300 insurance as Au$285 + Au$48 postage is closer to $300 than $400.
Weight: 1kg.
Postage $39.75
Extra cover $8.00
Total# $47.75

What does the dual headlight in the title have to do with?
Folks get confused with the single headlight R3T version that are now also hard to get except @Jay is selling a used set very cheap.
Strange no buyers for his as they are usually in high demand with none available anywhere used or new.

If you still have the dual headlights, I am interested if they also come with the metal buckets they sit in and not just the light bulbs themselves.

No dual Rocket III headlights were or are for sale, both pairs on my Roadsters are staying on them.
The reference was just to distinguish the now sold risers from single headlight Rocket III Touring model RIVCO risers.

Oh ok, thanks for the clarification. My headlight buckets are all pitted and rusted and I doubt removing them and sanding them down for repaint or powder coating would provide a nice smooth finish. Any suggestions on where to find another good pair?

Often other Triumph models use the same or very similar components. Check parts from 5.25" inch headlight Triumphs either single or dual headlight and you are sure to find another source of light bucket hardware.

Here ya go, oodles of other models to source from:
