**SOLD** 2009 R3T, 4,500 miles

I paid the original asked price for this bike, shipping company was paid in full and just before the collection seller wants to cancel the sale.
I'm boiling.
I’m going to stop you right here. You are only telling one side of the story.
I put this motorcycle up for sale at a VERY attractive price because I wanted a quick and EASY transaction. This has been anything but easy for me. Every time I turn around, you are requesting something additional from me. My intention was for someone to come to my house, purchase the bike and I’d be done with the deal. Okay, so instead you asked if I could work with you and ship it to Europe. I’ve inventoried parts, wrapped them individually, and packed them securely. I also purchased a new battery, again beyond the scope of an already incredible deal. You did pay my original asking price of $4000 for a motorcycle in pristine shape, with a blue book value of over $7000. AND you never stopped making requests of me. In addition to not being able to give me a pick up date (important to me because of my travel plans) the last straw for me was you now wanting me to get a new title from the CA DMV and an additionally letter from a lender, when the motorcycle has been free and clear in my name for several years. I would not have the title in my possession if there was a lien. It got to the point that I was no longer willing to put any more work into what should have been an easy sale.
I’m a very reasonable and honest person, but I’m boiling too.

I am telling things exactly as they are.
It's the facts part of the story. I did my part exemplary, I expect you to do your part. The only request from my side was the release of the bike with papers that will clear customs, nothing more, nothing less. I have never received any detailed list of the extra parts just a few pictures but I can live with that. I have instructed you how to write that bill of sale and offered to write it for you, yet you did your way. I asked you to put at least my details under buyer, what is hard or unusual about it?
The shipping agent asked if you have a letter of release for the lien since the title still shows the lien holder although the bottom right corner is signed by the same indicating release of lien in 2014.
My comment already one month or more ago was that, from what I know, a new title free of any lien was supposed to be obtained following the lien release but you told me I know nothing and that's the norm in California.
I didn't insist and we have agreed that we will deal with it if this will ever become a problem. I like to have things carefully planned and this is why I asked the shipping company to check the papers for export / customs reasons before they pick it up from you, with bike and documents still in your hand and you agreed.

You had the money in your account in two days after you gave me your details, I only waited on you for these. I was ready to wire you the money from the very first call. How could I give you a pickup date if you didnt confirm funds received and bike being ready for pick-up?
You bought the battery in order to be able to start the bike and you would have needed to do that for any buyer, you said in this ad the bike only needs air in the tires and a battery charge and is good to go anywhere. The battery was dead and you had to buy one but I didn't ask you to do that.
Once started there was a coolant leak under the water pump and I graciously said I will take care of that and didn't try to push down one cent on the price. The price is attractive, no doubt, this is why I called you in the first place but the bike needs attention and will cost more than just a few bucks to be made ready for the streets after not being moved five years. It needs new tires, a large inspection, all fluids changed, probably a water pump kit and as you upfront said some fiddling with the lights.

The shipping agent will be in touch with you and you can tell him when do you want him to pick up, I gave you his number the moment I gave him your number but I have no problem to be kept in the loop if this is of any help.

They are experienced with this sort of moves and have been paid in full from your door all the way to Germany.
Sound papers to avoid demurrage costs, the bike, the box with the parts going with the bike and a date for pick is everything that I / nominated freight forwarder is asking from you.

I hope this will go smoothly now. Thank you.

There may not be a need for the agent. I can or will wire your money tomorrow as I’ve said before.

The previous message/email to me was that you will release the bike. Before that you flooded me during the night with SMS and Emails telling me you dont want to release the bike.
Could you please decide if you want to correctly end this transaction the way it was intended or make a negative example of one.

PS
You had this bike for sale in the forum since last year going from asking 6000, lowering to 5000, further lowering to 4200 including new Hagons in the box and now having it at 4000 without Hagons, price that was paid by me with no discussion or negotiation.

have the exact bike I’m trying to sell with only 4,000 miles on it with all the goodies on it. Jardines, triple k&ns tuenecu, headlight beaver things for the headlight and ignition etc. etc.
The bike is pristine, I’ve not ridden it since my surgery several years ago the wife wants it out.
I also have all the original parts
$4200 here and I’ll throw in a pair of brand new Hagon nitros still in the box. Same color as the bike these are about $600 if I’m not mistaken.
