put one on some time ago....never worked correctly...some of the functions advertised never worked, others, after awhile, would started on their own, ie flashers etc. took it off.

Was it the signal minder?

I am debating wether or not to use the secondary stuff on it.

Yes true, some of the functions don't work like four way flash.. Running lights and blinker timeout does work... Wire is very thin.. Also doesn't like water... When you wash you bike, may have to dry out before it works right.. I still have mine in, but wouldn't buy it again...

yes, it was a signal minder and the gentleman is right, it doesn't seem to like water. one time, riding in the rain, it would alternate from four way flash, which had never worked before, to continual right turn signal flash..when I tried the actual turn signals, nothing worked. took it off shortly thereafter.

I have had one for over 2 years and it works perfectly. I use the running lights as well as the 4 ways and never had a problem. It's a simple plug in with a couple of wire taps and that's it.

Good info, but I think the buzzer sounds like a good idea. Of course it would have to be loud enough to hear over my stereo  I wonder if I could get it to work through my headset? What do you think Paul? I could call J&M or Cyclegadgets and see if they could wire something up for me.
