The shocks on my classic are truly terrible, which I think is a common complaint.

I need to do something about it but cannot afford new replacements yet.

As I understand it, the shocks from a touring or roadster are supposed to be better, if so does anyone have a pair for sale in good condition?

I've just put Nitros and progressives on my bike so have spares.

The Bike is a 2016 Roadster with 3200 miles on it. I have the two rear shocks and front springs available. Make me a reasonable offer. They are in great condition. Was a little soft for my riding style.

I'm based in UK so shipping shouldn't be too much either.

I recently lucked out and found a pair of unused shocks off a Roadster for $90 (seriously) the guy had replaced them after almost no use. I had them put on my 2006 and experienced an amazing difference (I replaced the old Avons also). If you can afford a decent set of shocks and good tires you will have an amazingly, mind boggling easy bike to ride. A Rocket with bad shocks and tires is extremely challenging to ride and should be avoided, if only for the fact that you might think the bike is a pig when in fact it is the greatest motorcycle ever produced and needs to be well kept.
I repeat, a well maintained Rocket is the greatest motorcycle ever produced.

Agree. I thought the stockers on my 07 Classic made the bike almost dangerous in the twisties but a set of Progressives solved the problem
