my theory is that the forks get bent and then once it pops out it bends them more.
i do not know if u can change the forks w/o taking the cases apart but if u could and there is not a lot of metal i might try that.

It must be the ownership of the special Blue bikes. You have to be a complete numpty when it comes to spannering and such like

2nd hand parts is hard to justify the risk with the main cost being labour. Engine swaps are always tempting but risky too.
